As we arrived at the trirail nearby we were picked up by a lyft driver who informed us that the neighborhood where our hotel was was not the greatest and to possibly avoid going out especially at night when we got there it seemed ok until i had to be buzzed in to the main office and talk to a gentleman behind a glass window to check in, now he was actually very pleasant and helpful but the place he was running seemed a lil old and worn out but we saw him a few times walking around as if he was patrolling the area.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was very close to the cruise port. We enjoyed that very much. Will definately be going back.
We walked in, and walked out, couldn't stay there. Cigarette burns on the bed, weird smell in the room. Contacted management, but they do not refund money. Perfect stay, 5 stars from beginning to end. Let me start by saying everyone who works at the hotel is friendly and beyond accommodating.
Upon entering in to the hotel, you are greeted with the most amazing welcome. Decor is sleek and modern. Room was fantastic, clean, comfortable bed, great views of the ocean, huge bathroom, plush towels, and high end toiletries.
Room service fast and great selection options. Overall amazing value for the money for this hotel. This will be one of my go to hotels for sure when staying in Palm Beach. Location was amazing right on the beach, two big pools plus hot tub. Food at the hotel was great but expensive.
The room had a full size fridge, microwave and stove top so you can buy your own food at the nearby Publix. Room was big and spacious and so were the bathrooms. Also a good size balcony. Hoping to go on again. The staff was awful. They were very pushy, rude and unacommidating. We called prior to booking to insure the pool would be open and asked again at check in and were told yes both times.
We were kicked out of the pool on the 3rd day saying the pool had been closed for our entire stay. We requested a refund and told them we would go to another hotel and were told there was nothing they could do. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have a decent size. We booked in advance when I got to the hotel they denied the room for us , even when I had the confirmations number.
